Cookie Policy
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how NeoForge Labs Limited (“Autobillr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use the Autobillr platform at autobillr.dev and related services (the “Service”). This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site operator. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels (also called web beacons).

4. Email Tracking Technologies
4.1 Tracking Pixels in Emails
Chase emails and transactional emails may contain a small transparent image (1×1 pixel) that registers a request when the email is opened, allowing us to record open events, approximate time, and the recipient's general location.
4.2 Link Tracking in Emails
Links in chase emails (such as “View Invoice” or “Pay Now” buttons) are routed through our tracking system. This data powers the “Invoice Viewed” notification and helps optimize chase timing.
4.3 Opting Out of Email Tracking
Users can disable email tracking in Account Settings under Chase Preferences. Invoice Recipients can prevent tracking pixel loading by configuring their email client to not load remote images automatically.
5. How to Manage Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically view, delete, or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service. When you first visit, we present a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change preferences at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.
6. Do Not Track
We currently respect Do Not Track (DNT) signals by disabling analytics cookies when DNT is detected.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will indicate the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
